Rainbow Roll

Rainbow Roll invites everyone to touch, move, and walk into an dynamic forest of rotating furry tubes. When neatly stacked on top of each other (in its ‘static’ position), these interactive tubes form a colonnade of colorful wool columns where visitors can get warm as they walk through. As soon as someone push and pulls colorful sections of the tall furry column, they’ll soon find out that these are perfect for hide and seek! Rainbow Roll is composed of nine interactive hollow tubes encased with hand-tufted giant wool tassels in assorted spring colors. These reconfigurable tubes are placed on two pre-fabricated skids by a steel pipe and rotatable, pivoting hinges.

With every visitor the Rainbow Roll will present new patterns of Warming Huts, forming a changing view of colorful forest from afar and a maze of furry tubes at different heights for visitors to play in.
